If you do not have insurance or need help paying for your medication, there are several programs and services available to you.
You may be eligible for Medicare Part D. In order to enroll, you will need to find a plan in your local area that fits your needs. Plans can
differ by cost and by what drugs are covered, so make sure you review all of your options. Your PSC can help
review available Medicare Part D plans in your area and answer questions you may have about the application. The Medicare Part D section of this web site has more information.
Even if you have insurance, you can still have gaps in coverage. Your insurance company can also deny coverage for certain procedures or medications.
If you need help paying for co-payments or have reached a benefit cap, there are programs and charities that may provide assistance. The More Resources section of this web site offers a list of organizations.
Every insurance policy differs in what drugs and procedures it will cover. If you have been denied coverage, a Patient Support Coordinator can work with you and your healthcare provider on an appeal.
Certain patients may be eligible to receive select Celgene products for free. To begin the application process, contact a PSC at 800-931-8691. The Free Product section also shows you the application process.
Several non-profit foundations may also provide financial assistance. The More Resources section offers links to these foundations.
